The support worker from A1 Empathy has genuinely changed our son's life. He's more confident, more independent, and truly looked forward to their sessions every week.
I finally feel like I have a team that actually listens. They helped me with transport and community activities, and I've made real friends for the first time in years.
Professional, caring, and always on time. The team helped my daughter transition into her first job with skills training and ongoing support. Absolutely wonderful service.
